NEXT RESIDENCY

ABOUT RESIDENCIES

Residencies are annual 3-4 week events, where members of the network come together to develop open scientific hardware designs and prototypes with local resources. The residencies are held in different countries each year and propose a different thematic axis each time, under which project proposals are received.

Participants come from both academia and civil society, and from different disciplines. During the residencies they take part in training sessions and collaborative work; they learn digital fabrication techniques as well as working methods and open documentation.
